MATURE TEAMS • PRODUCTIVE ENVIRONMENTS
RelateWell R.I.S.E. Leadership training offers one-day and two-day sessions for employers, organizations, and the military. These training programs provide essential knowledge to develop mature and healthy leaders, fostering mature, caring, and connected work teams. This, in turn, contributes to a healthy work environment, increased productivity, and enhanced employee engagement and retention.
When our team members are healthy and whole, the work environment experiences positive impacts. Investing in the emotional health of employees is beneficial for both the organization's well-being and long-term success.
At RelateWell, we believe in R.I.S.E.
H=REG: The Values for Healthy and Mature Living
RelateWell R.I.S.E Leadership is centered around the belief that relationships are essential to healthy and mature living, be it at home, work, or in the community. Work Teams are relationships that can be pleasurable or painful. And the Leader sets the tone. We have developed a specific leadership model based on The Power of Us and H=REG (Humility= Respect, Empathy and Goodwill). These core values set us apart as we seek to not train people in leadership skills but to become emotionally healthy and mature leaders. If you train an immature adult in leadership at the end of the day they are still immature. Many teach leadership in terms of how to motivate others, lead, grow an organization, and handle conflict. However, RelateWell R.I.S.E Leadership speaks more to the WHO of leadership rather than the HOW of leadership. One need only conduct a web search to discover there is much being said about emotional intelligence and most people do not leave their jobs, they leave their bosses.
Emotional Maturity is essential to being a healthy leader.
